Customers utilize notifications to flag instances such as inappropriate driving, unauthorized use of company vehicles, and incidents of theft, empowering proactive management of critical situations.

How to Create, Edit, and Delete Notifications
Notification Setup
- Log in to your Customer Portal and from the Map page click ‘Setup.’
- On the left menu bar, select ‘General Notifications.’
- Click ‘ADD NOTIFICATION +’ in the top right corner.
- Enter a name for your notification.
- Choose which Trackers, Drivers, or Groups will be monitored for this notification.
- You can toggle on ‘Select all trackers.’
- Or use the arrows between the columns to make your individual selections.
- Select which Alerts you would like to receive in this Notification based on your personal or business needs.
- You can choose Alert Presets, toggle on ‘Select all alerts,’ or make your individual selections.
- Choose the frequency and medium that you would like to receive the Notification.
- Note: Daily and Hourly summaries are only available via email.
To add multiple emails, click the ‘+’ plus sign to the right of the email field.
- Click ‘SAVE.’
