                    Where are map tools to help me change the map information that displays on the mobile app?

                    When you are on the Map tab, map tools can be found by selecting the gear icon from the menu on the right of your screen.

                    How can I reset the mobile app Map view?

                    When you are on the Map tab, you can reset or refresh your view by selecting the refresh icon from the menu on the right of your screen.

                    How do I see my location as it relates to my tracker(s) on the Map with the mobile app?

                    On the Map tab, see your location by locating the blue circle icon on the map or by selecting the target icon from the menu on the right of your screen. 

                     

                    NOTE: You will need to update your mobile phone settings to grant our mobile app access to your location.

                     
                     

                    How do I search for an address while using the mobile app?

                    You can search for an address while on the Map tab by selecting the magnifying glass from the menu on the right of your screen. Once you’ve entered an address, a list of your closest trackers will display.

                     
                     

                    How do I find the tracker closest to a certain address while using the mobile app?

                    You can search for an address while on the Map tab by selecting the magnifying glass from the menu on the right of your screen. Once you’ve entered an address, a list of your closest trackers will display.

                     
                     

                    How do I view specific groups on the Map while using the mobile app?

                    While on the Maps tab, you can filter your view of groups by using the ‘Groups’ filter at the top of your screen.

                    How do I view specific tracker types on the Map while using the mobile app?

                    While on the Maps tab, you can filter your view of tracker types by using the ‘Types’ filter at the top of your screen.

                    Can I save my filter settings on the mobile app?

                    This is an option on Android only. To save your settings, create a Preset:

                    1. Choose the filter button from the menu at the top of your screen.
                    2. Select the link at the bottom to 'create preset.'

                     

                    NOTE: When selected, your filter selections will be saved and filter your view throughout the app, on all pages.

                     
                     

                    How do I view speed in kilometers on the mobile app?

                    To change between miles and kilometers:

                    1. Select the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right of the bottom navigation.
                    2. Select ‘Setup’ and then select ‘My Account.’
                    3. Select 'Speed/Distance Unit' and then select Miles (MPH) or Kilometers (KPH).
                    4. Select ‘Save’ to apply these changes.
                      • The app will update your preferred unit right away.
