How do I change my password?
You can change your password from either your desktop portal or your mobile app.
Change your password from your desktop portal:
- Click ‘My Account’ at the top right of your screen.
- Click ‘Profile’ on the left menu.
- In the Password section, enter your existing password in the Old Password field.
- Enter the new password in the New Password field.
- Confirm by reentering your new password in the Re-type New Password field.
- Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen.
Change your password from the mobile app:
- Log into the mobile app and click on the menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Click on ‘My Account.’
- Click on ‘Change Password.’
- Enter your existing password in the Old Password field.
- Enter the new password in the New Password field.
- Confirm by reentering your new password in the Retype New Password field.
- Click ‘Change My Password.’
- Log out of the app and log back in with your new password.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
It is easy to reset your password if you have forgotten it.
- Click ‘Customer Log-in’ to access the portal.
- Click 'Forgot Your Password?' located at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the email address with which you log in to the portal, and click ‘Reset Password.’
- You will receive a verification code to your email address. Ignore the link included.
- Enter this verification portal on the portal website and in the next field, enter your new password.
- Click ‘Save’ and log in with your email and new password.
How do I change my email address?
To change your email address:
- Navigate to ‘Setup’ and select ‘My Account.’
- In the Account Information box, enter the new email.
- Click ‘Save.’
